Scope

Hill Dogs Consulting makes available this website and a number of apps and tools at no charge. These Terms govern all of them, including www.hilldogs.com, apps.hilldogs.net, and our apps on hilldogs.net subdomains.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Hill Dogs Consulting. Where such an agreement applies, it prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. If you have not entered into such an agreement, these Terms apply in full.

What this is

Hill Dogs Consulting operates www.hilldogs.com to provide information about our services, and hosts apps and tools for informational and practical use. Both are provided as described in these Terms. Nothing here creates an obligation to provide, maintain, or continue any of it.

No warranties, seriously, none

Everything covered by these Terms is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or otherwise. We make no representations that:

  • Any information, app, or output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
  • Any site or app will be available consistently, without interruption, or at all
  • Anything obtained here can be relied upon for real-world decisions without independent verification

If you use information or output from this site or these apps to inform financial, legal, investment, medical, or other consequential decisions, you do so entirely at your own risk.

No support

We don’t offer technical support for the free apps and tools, or for this website. We may fix things, add features, change the site, or take apps down at any time, or we may not. There is no commitment of any kind to maintain, update, or improve anything here.

Support for paid plans, where offered, is governed by the separate agreement described under Scope.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hill Dogs Consulting and its personnel shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, anything covered by these Terms, including but not limited to errors in content or output, data loss, or decisions made based on either.

Your responsibility

By using this site or these apps, you accept that:

  • You are doing so at your own discretion and risk
  • You will independently verify any information or output before acting on it
  • You will not hold Hill Dogs Consulting responsible for outcomes related to your use of them
